Effective date: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Anton Assembler (“Anton Assembler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information about you when you visit antonassembler.com (the “Site”), submit a request through our forms, or contact us by phone, text, or email. We provide assembly and installation services for greenhouses, sheds, pavilions, gazebos, and similar structures in the United States, based in Kirkland, Washington.
By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
When you submit a request form (“Book Now” / “Send us a request”) or contact us directly, you may provide:
Name is required, together with either a phone number or an email address. All other fields are optional.
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including your IP address (and approximate location derived from it), device and browser type, operating system, screen size, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring website or advertisement, and, through session analytics, how you scroll, click, and move through pages. This information is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Sections 4 and 5).
We do not use your information for purposes that are materially different from those above without notifying you.
Information you enter into a Site form is sent securely (over HTTPS) from the Site to our server, which immediately forwards it by email to the business mailboxes of Anton Assembler. The Site does not keep a separate database of form submissions. Your submission is then stored in those email accounts, which are hosted by Google (Gmail), and is accessed only by the owner of the business and persons working with us to fulfill your request.
The Site is hosted by Hostinger, which processes technical data such as IP addresses and server logs as our hosting provider.
Retention. We keep request information for as long as needed to respond to you, perform the services, handle warranty or follow-up questions, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and then delete or de-identify it. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics providers described below.
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site uses the following third-party services. They may set cookies or use similar technologies and collect information about your use of the Site.
These providers act as our service providers or independent third parties under their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices.
Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use them to keep the Site working, to understand traffic and usage, and to measure and personalize advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings (for example, block or delete cookies); if you disable them, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. To opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly, visit optout.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance) or optout.networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative).
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track. Where required by law, we treat a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We do not sell your name, phone number, email address, or the details of your request for money. We share information only as follows:
Some state laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include the use of advertising and analytics cookies (for example, Google Ads remarketing). To the extent this applies, you may opt out as described in Sections 5 and 8.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health information) through the Site. Please do not include such information in your message.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. Washington, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights. Some of these laws apply only to businesses that meet certain thresholds; we honor reasonable requests from all U.S. residents where we are able to.
