They look good and they are heavy: the manual for the Poppy lists a footprint of about 154 by 113 inches and an item weight of roughly 950 lb, and it comes with a 5-year warranty that assumes the greenhouse was built and anchored as instructed.

Weight. The Poppy kit is listed at roughly 950 lb. The boxes cannot be carried through a gate by one person, so we plan the delivery path first.
Polycarbonate. The panels crack if the fasteners are over-tightened and scratch if they are dragged. We fit them last and tighten evenly.
Anchoring. The manuals state that the greenhouse has to be anchored. The Zalie’s snow and wind ratings depend on it.
Warranty. The warranty period in the manual depends on following the build instructions. We build from the manual for your exact model.
A Backyard Discovery greenhouse needs a level, firm, well-drained base: a concrete slab, compacted gravel or a treated-lumber frame. An uneven base twists the frame and the panels and door stop sealing. We anchor every greenhouse, as the manuals require.
